This includes our clients and partners, all of whom focus on clear communication, a shared vision, and practical design, and who are experienced in management. We believe “time is money”. We take responsibility for negotiating the completion of the entire project with the vendors and contractors, at the very beginning. You won’t have to juggle contractors and sub-contractors, designers, architects and engineers. This also means that the project is overseen by one person – Valérie Barth -. This ensures that there will be no unnecessary misunderstandings or communication gaps. There is a clear and fixed hierarchy, which makes for smooth operations on a day to day basis and strict adherence to  schedules and timelines.
